Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with our service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding subscription changes and refunds.
1. Subscription Refunds
Subscription purchases are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Usage must not exceed 10% of the total subscription credits.
Refunds will be prorated; the value of used credits will be deducted from the refund amount.
A processing fee (approximately 5%) charged by the payment provider (such as Stripe or Creem) will be deducted from the refund.
2. Subscription Renewal Refunds
We understand that users may occasionally forget to cancel before automatic renewal. In such cases, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
The subscription has been automatically renewed.
No credits have been used during the new billing cycle.
The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of automatic renewal.
A processing fee charged by the payment provider will be deducted.
Once the refund is processed, the subscription will be cancelled immediately.
3. Credit Packs
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer partial refunds on credit packs under specific conditions:
A partial refund is available if you have used less than 50% of the purchased credits.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused credits minus the processing fee.
The request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Only the value of unused credits is refundable.
Note: Used credits are non-refundable. Please carefully consider your credit needs before purchasing.
4. Subscription Plan Changes
If you accidentally purchased an annual subscription instead of a monthly one, we offer the following:
We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan.
One month of subscription fees plus the processing fee will be deducted.
The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Processing fees
Credit packs where more than 50% of the credits have been used
Expired subscription periods
Subscriptions active for more than 7 days
Subscriptions with more than 200 credits used
Subscription renewals where credits were used during the billing cycle
Credit packs purchased more than 30 days ago
6. Refund Process
To request a refund for eligible items, please contact our support team and provide the following information:
Your account email address
Reason for the refund request
Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The actual time for funds to reach your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
